WARHORSE Endurance® and the Great Lakes Distance Riding Association are proud to partner together to honor the heritage of Michigan’s legendary Shore to Shore Trail — inviting riders everywhere to retrace this historic route from Lake Huron to Lake Michigan as they log their 2026 conditioning miles.
This is more than a virtual challenge.
It’s a celebration of a trail that has shaped riders, horses, and friendships for generations.
Through the Shore to Shore Online Journal, participants will:
Follow an interactive Michigan map across the state
Add their horses to personal stables
Record rides and memories along the journey
Automatically track spring conditioning miles and training progress + amazing stats tracking for each horse.
Experience the forests, rivers, and heritage of the trail — wherever they ride
As riders MARCH forth into the 2026 season, no one conditions alone in spirit.
The WARHORSE Challenges community will be riding alongside you — sharing miles, encouragement, photos, and progress together inside the Warhorse Endurance® Facebook group.
