Come travel the Bay de Noc Grand Island trail in the beautiful Hiawatha

National Forest, a trail rider’s paradise, which stretches from Lake Michigan

to Lake Superior. The trail is used exclusively for horseback riders and

hikers and is maintained by the U.S. Forest Service. Enjoy the luxury of

wooded single and two-track trails with little to no road riding.

Sanctioned by AERC & UMECRA. Negative coggins required. Juniors must wear helmets. Dogs must be leashed. Saturday night potluck: main dish will be provided, bring a dish to pass, followed by awards.
